About Me

I'm Nicole, a 30 year old Disney loving mum of one living in North Devon.  I started baking years ago, long before I had my son Harry.  Baking has always been a way for me to destress and refocus when everything in the world felt a little crazy.

Honestly, it still does.  From baking mini-cupcakes to monster wedding cakes I find my therapy in baking, learning new skills, and getting to taste the left overs.

My first wedding cake was made in the early months of 2023 and to my surprise received so many compliments that I had 10 further bookings for 2024 within 3 months. Something I pride myself on.
